- 4 Premium Quality Texas Beef Garlic Bohemian Brats
- 1 premade, room temperature pizza dough.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for brushing
- Warmed marinara sauce and ranch for dipping
Here are the steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Place the sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until fully cooked. Turn them halfway. Let them cool and cut them into 3-inch-long pieces. This should yield about 12 pieces of sausage.
- Line a second baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- On the tray, roll out the pizza dough into a 6-by-12-inch rectangle, sprinkle evenly with the Italian seasoning, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Cut the dough crosswise into twelve 1-inch-wide strips.
- Wrap a strip of cheesy, herbed dough around each sausage piece and set them each on the prepared baking sheet with the loose ends of the dough facing down.
- Brush the dough with olive oil, and bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce and ranch dressing.
